Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 4 working days of despatch. If there is any problem we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange delivery to any P O Box number within the UK.

Please also note that the delivery charge during checkout is for UK mainland addresses by courier definition only any items ordered that are for shipment to Highlands or Islands or anywhere overseas may incur further carriage charges - we will endeavor to keep these to a minimum and will always try to find the best cost effective method for your particular location
Standard delivery charge applied by this website is £5 (+vat (£6)) and covers upto 25 kilos the exception being awning rails which now have the carriage built in to the price as an additional supplement system was too confusing for a lot of people

If you order an awning rail on its own then the price is as stated, if you add anything else to the order then the standard carriage charge of £6 (£5 +vat) will also be charged for the additional item/items as they will go seperately

PLEASE NOTE - We do not deliver outside of the UK at the moment and even some UK addresses are difficult for certain items and will attract additional carriage charges

If you are in a UK postcode offshore Island or Scottish highlands there will be a surcharge on awning rails of at least £20 over and above the normal awning rail cost and at least £10 on orders which dont include awning rails, please enquire before placeing your order so we can advise of additional cost and how to pay it
