Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Your order will normally be dispatched within 48 hours and delivered within 4 working days of despatch. If there is any problem we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange delivery to any P O Box number within the UK.

Please also note that the delivery charge during checkout is for UK mainland addresses by courier definition only any items ordered that are for shipment to Highlands or Islands or anywhere overseas may incur further carraige charges - we will endeavor to keep these to a minimum and will always try to find the best cost effective method for your particular location
Standard delivery charge applied by this website is £5 and covers upto 25 kilos
Certain items (awning rails) are overlength for standard courier rates and have a supplement added during checkout to cover this as they are charged as oversize by the courier
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally despach your order to you in 2 business days. Delivery is normally within 3-4 days after despatch
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website you are directed to the secure servers of the payment service providers we use. Your credit card details are not held or seen at all by us and they are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy You may cancel your order at any point from the time of placing the order up to seven working days after the day you receive your goods. This upholds your right under European Law to a "cooling off" period. To exercise this right please notify us in writing (by e-mail, fax or letter), within seven working days from the day you receive your order, of your wish to cancel your order. If the goods have already been sent you will need to return them to us in their original packaging at your own cost. Once we receive the goods we will process a refund for you as quickly as possible.
Please note that you have a duty to look after the goods you wish to return. They must be UNUSED and in good condition when we receive them. In particular this means we will NOT be able to accept returned tents that have been pitched, even inside, as this renders them second-hand and unsellable. If at our discression we decide to accept returns on pitched or unpackaged tents then the maximun refund that will apply is 50% after a handling fee of 50% has been applied to the value of goods after actual postage costs are deducted
WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY ARE STILL OF MERCHANDISABLE QUALITY. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED GOODS IF THEY HAVE OBVIOUSLY BEEN WORN OR USED.
"But what if I discover that they are faulty?"
Don't worry, if on receipt of your goods you discover they are faulty or damaged please send an e-mail as soon as possible to email@example.com We will either refund the goods, replace or repair them or issue a credit note depending on the circumstances.
If you need to return an item we want to make it as easy and painless as possible for you as possible. In order to do this we need your help, so please take the following steps so that we can process your package on its return.
1) Either e-mail or phone us and explain the situation.
2) Package the item appropriately and write your order number on the outside.
3) Enclose a brief note explaining the situation and what action you would like us to take. Remember to write your order number on the note so that we can identify your goods.
4) Remember to place a new order on our website if you require a replacement for an unsuitable item.
If you follow these 4 simple steps we will be able to process your return quickly and efficiently.
Returns under the relevant regulations legally required have to be instigated within the time period within the regulations (14 days at time of writing). Any returns after the legally required time period are not covered by the regulations and the carriage fee originally incurred by us sending items to you will not be refunded as it is a cost we have incurred and we are taking the return after the required period as a gesture of goodwill when we have no obligation to do so.
Remember, we post out and receive many packages a week. Therefore it is impossible for us to process anonymous packages turning up with no order number written on the packaging and no explanatory note enclosed.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
